Symmetry Tonics are naturally produced and inspired by our Cape heritage. Buchu, part of the Fynbos Floral Kingdom, along with a selection of fresh citrus zests are brewed, giving this Symmetry Citrus Tonic its distinctive aroma. Buchu is traditionally used for digestive ailments and has been used as a stomach tonic historically. It contains no preservatives and is perfect to mix your own beautiful, refreshing long tonic style drink.

The addition of various botanicals brings aromatics, savoury and bitter flavours to this virgin, unadulterated tonic which has a quarter of the sugar content of regular tonic. Serve on its own or with overtly aromatic, fruit and fynbos-forward gins; vodka or tequila.

This product is simply pasteurised. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a month. A harmless sediment may occur. 1 bottle makes 20 single servings.

Ingredients:

Water, cane sugar, lemon, grapefruit, lime, cinchona, lemongrass, buchu, ginger

• Spirited: Equal parts tonic essence and Gin over ice (eg 50ml each), topped with 2-3 parts of carbonated water and garnish.
• Non-alcoholic: 50ml of tonic essence over ice topped with 150ml of carbonated water to taste and garnish.

The beautiful 500ml bottle with solid glass closure.  It can and should have a second life. Please reuse or repurpose your empty bottle.
