Happy Earth People red lentil fusilli is made from nothing but 100% pure red lentils. With almost 24 grams of protein and plenty of fibre. The plant protein found in legumes provides the body with steady long-lasting energy. Tastes like pasta except it’s good for you and your family. Red lentils are rich in fibre and complex carbohydrates, they’re also relatively low on the glycemic index and gluten free!
How to use
Add the pasta to rapidly boiling, salted water. We recommend using a timer from when the pasta is put into the pot. Cook for 6-8 minutes until al dente (depending on stove and preference) and voilà! Enjoy with your favourite sauces, veggies and accompaniments.

Eating a variety of legumes 3-4 times a week, can help prevent chronic illnesses including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and weight gain as well as improve gut health.
